A Mother’s Journey: From Loss to Light

JOY Because Of began with a mother’s personal journey through profound heartbreak. After the devastating loss of her 21-year-old son, she was overcome with grief, struggling to find her way forward in a world that felt broken. Determined to honor her son’s memory, she embarked on a path of healing – one that eventually led her to become a certified hypnotherapist.

For years, she worked on herself and others, helping people navigate life’s challenges by uncovering the profound power of the mind to heal and rediscover joy. But JOY Because Of wasn’t born during that time – it came years later when her daughter, also burdened by grief, was struggling to reclaim her own happiness.

In an effort to help her daughter transform her pain into joy, the idea for JOY Because Of was born: a simple, practical way to incorporate everyday items and habits into life that could gently uplift the soul.
